With over 25 years of Product Development experience, I am responsible for the team here at Delstar that deliver new products for our customers, whether these are minor changes to meet specific customer requirements or completely new products with enhanced  features and benefits.  I’m also responsible for providing technical support both to Operations and to our customers. We strive to understand the needs of the customer and to deliver a solution that will help our customers’ businesses grow. 

Paul Webster - Site Accountant

I've been at Gilberdyke now for just over four years, in charge of a finance team of five. I have overall control of the finances of the site. The finance team work closely together and continually strive to provide added value both to our customers and suppliers. We're here to help!

Bart Van Droogenbroeck - Medical Sales Director

As the Medical Sales Director, I would like our team to build long standing relationships at multiple levels within our customers’ organization. Our team, existing of people with strong technical background and knowledge and understanding of various industries, permits us to pursue in depth discussions with our customers to understand their needs and to ensure that we offer them the best solutions. I want us to add value to our customer's products and supply chain, to be the ideal partner for innovative projects in order to create sustainable growth for all parties.

Alex Eaton - Quality Manager

As head of Quality I am responsible for the quality of DelStar product from design of new items through manufacture to delivery. My goal is to ensure customer requirements are fully met and for all products to perform to their designed specification.

Our team works closely with suppliers, internal teams and external customers to:

  • Identify and respond to areas for improvement
  • Deliver new and innovative solutions
  • Implement continuous improvement and lean sigma projects
  • Enhance the Quality Management System to meet customer and business needs, the requirements of ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.

Lesley McGovern - Secretary to the General Manager

I joined the company in December 2005, and have been in my current role since October 2006. I work with all areas of the business helping them to respond to our customer requests and requirements.
